    Competence and Confidence

Competence and Confidence are the two sides of successful Training and Development.  Core Competency is the foundation while Confidence is the variable that determines the quality and success.  In this informative and interactive session, Elliot will lead a guided discussion and individual and group activities, which will help participants to be more confident, more engaging and more positive, even in the most challenging of T & D situations. This session will be fun, enlightening and uplifting.

In this session, we will provide details to set expectations of following bullet points:

  • Discover the relationship between competence and confidence in the training process.
  • Be more confident as they design and deliver more effective training.
  • Recognize the value that soft skills play in learning and retaining content.
