About the Presenter:

Elliot developed and honed his skills as a trainer and coach with Dale Carnegie Training, and in training and development positions in both the public and private sectors. As a founder of Soft Skill Solutions, he helps people build self-confidence while developing skills and attitudes that make them more effective in the workplace, more engaged with their family and friends, and more involved in their communities.
Jeneen McNally, President of Speak So They Listen, LLC is a Corporate Trainer, Coach, Interviewer, and Business Developer. She is also the Director of Sales for the University of Michigan Operations Leadership Workshop.
She coaches and presents workshops about how to "Speak So They Listen"...speaking and presenting so you are listened to AND understood in: 1-1 conversations, meetings, and giving presentations.
