This 3-hour workshop will provide A2 ASTD members with elegantly simple and practical experiences that can be used for leadership, teambuilding, communication skills development.

If you are looking for additional innovative training tools to add to your Trainers Toolbox, this is a Must Attend workshop!

Why Should I Attend this Workshop?

The presence of horses creates a context for competency-building that enlarges capacity for deep thoughtfulness, clarified intention, and collaborative work.

Content is framed in "ground work" with horses (no riding), and focuses on presence, non-verbal communication, trust-respect-appreciation, inclusion, innovation, strategic thinking, leadership, relationship, emotional intelligence and more!

Participants engage in safe, practical activites that embed larning "naturally." SKILLS DEVELOPMENT with horses demonstrably deepens and enhances learning becasue horses:

  • Mirror what humans think and feel in the moment, so we learn extraordinary things about ourselves.
  • Expand human capacity by heightening awareness so that we tap fully into our sensation and intuition to access more choices.
  • Teach us to slow down, be present and focus on intention, behavior, communication.
  • Bring a new dimension of power, wonder, beauty and freedom to our lives.
