About the Facilitator: Chris Dotson

Chris is the Founder, CEO, and Leadership Coach at Holistic Leadership Solutions. He is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Strength-Based OD Consultant with a passion for helping organizations and individuals maximize their potential. With a background in leadership coaching, team building, employee engagement, and strategic planning, Chris supports professionals in identifying and leveraging their strengths to create thriving workplace cultures. His career spans the hospitality industry, organizational development, and coaching, making him a dynamic facilitator for this discussion.

Please note that while we will have a separate space reserved at the brewery for our event, this location is open to the public. We will not have influence over other patrons in the brewery. We encourage you to attend if you feel comfortable.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm the Friday before the event

• Cancellations received prior to this time/date should be requested in writing and sent to finance@a2atd.org.
• Refunds will be issued either via original payment or transferred to the next scheduled A2ATD meeting date.
• Refunds after 5 pm the Friday before the event cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.

Keynote Speaker: Stephanie Hubka

Stephanie Hubka, CPTD wants to live in a world where learning is fun, inspiring, and a recognized driver of organizational success. As the managing partner of Protos Learning, LLC, she specializes in developing strategies and products that advance an organization’s mission and vision. She is a sought-after facilitator, author, and keynote speaker, particularly on storytelling and fostering connection within training environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is a passionate ATD volunteer; she served as the Metro DC ATD President in 2016 and enjoyed two terms as a National Advisor for Chapters from 2017-2022.
