Pre-ATD24 Michigan Speakers Conference
We are excited to bring you a 1-day hybrid conference to hear from five Michiganders headed to present at the ATD international conference! Feel free to join all day or pop in and out as your schedule allows.
This year, for members of A2ATD, Detroit ATD, or West Michigan ATD, we have included an in-person component! Join a group of Michigan ATD members at Innovative Learning Group for an in-person watch party! Come for the whole day, or pop in for an hour or two. Coffee, tea, water, and other soft beverages will be provided along with some snacks.

Registrations are not considered definite or confirmed until payment has been submitted.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations will be accepted until 24 hours prior to the event and a refund request should be sent to finance@a2atd.org. Refunds will be issued and returned directly using the same form of payment.
- Refunds within 24 hours of the event will not be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place or request that the registration be moved to a future virtual event of the same cost.

Imposter Syndrome is a thing! When you have imposter syndrome, you feel inadequate, like a fraud, undeserving of your position or success - despite evidence that you are fully qualified and deserving. In this workshop, you will learn to spot your own internal imposter monster and gain resources and techniques to help you stop it effectively.

C-Suite Talk in 3D
When you get a seat, can you handle the heat? Knowing the language of C-suite involves the ability to speak in 3D--data, dollars, and decisions. This session helps you go beyond just having the ear of executives so you'll leave with a game plan to nail your next C-suite conversation because money talks and so does big data.

Video as a medium keeps evolving, but many organizations are struggling to keep up with the best practices that can help make videos Better, Faster, and for Less. This session will have examples, ideas, and practical approaches to breaking the 'rules,’ and help you rethink and level up your videos.

A Geek-Free Guide to Exploring Learning Analytics
What happens when a data scientist, a standards wonk & an ID walk into a room and … collaborate? You’ll hear from experts about how they apply learning analytics in the real world from their perspectives. Then, just like improv, we’ll collect a hypothetical case from the audience and follow it through our own processes with you!
