Why Being An Order Taker Won’t Satisfy Your Stakeholders

Do you deliver content to your stakeholders that truly makes a difference? Are you frustrated that training alone isn't solving your performance issues? Learn the fundamentals of performance consulting by examining a case study and creating a personal reference sheet that will enable you to apply these concepts on the job. Satisfy your stakeholders with results that align to your organization's goals and actually lead to positive changes!

At the end of the session attendees will be able to:

  • Build your credibility as the “go-to” person on your team whose work delivers meaningful results
  • Develop a reference sheet of performance consulting techniques you can demonstrate as an instructional designer
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a case study in performance consulting
