Scale & Prevail: The Technology and Tradition Alliance

This session will explore a use case of converting an entire training program to a digital training program. We will discuss how the use of technology and implementation of processes allowed us to scale a primarily classroom-based training program into a fully-virtual, highly rated training program, plus the harmony required between tradition and technology to promote learning and retention.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Discuss ways traditional onboarding training has become more unmanageable in the virtual workplace
  • List and explain "The 4 C's of Training
  • Discuss measurement of effectiveness, outcomes, and results
  • Examine ways to achieve the optimal balance between technology and traditional training methods.
