TD Project Management for Realsies:
Reconciling Textbook Practices with the Real World

We have a new forum and time for our members to connect! These informal events are a great way to get to know your board members and share with one another. Coffee Chats start at 8 AM—bring yourself and bring your coffee!

Topic for this month's chat: This casual session opens the floor to a conversation about how we are approaching talent development project management. Let’s discuss how we currently are applying PM practices and how we can ensure these practices are meeting our needs as well a the needs of our teams and organizations. Bring a PM triumph and challenge with you to share, no matter the size. Even if you don’t manage TD projects, let’s chat about effective daily work management and deliverable tracking.
