Coffee Chat! (Virtual Event)

TD Project Management for Realsies:
Reconciling Textbook Practices with the Real World

We're back with our coffee chats- a new forum and time for our members to connect!

These informal events are a great way to get to know your board members and share with one another.

This Coffee Chat starts at 8 AM—bring yourself and bring your coffee!

Topic for this month's chat: This casual session continues our conversation about how we are approaching talent development project management. How are we currently applying PM practices? How can we ensure these practices are meeting our needs as well as the needs of our teams and organizations?

Bring a PM triumph and challenge with you to share, no matter the size. Even if you don’t manage TD projects, let’s chat about effective daily work management and deliverable tracking!

Agenda:

8:00 - 8:05 am Welcome & grab a coffee!

8:05 - 8:40 am Discussion

8:40 - 8:45 am Meeting Close
