Putting Performance First

How can you begin whispering in your clients’ ears about improving performance with non-training solutions, while continuing to develop skill-and-knowledge interventions?

Join Innovative Learning Group CEO Lisa Toenniges as she shares video examples from several projects to illustrate performance-focused discussions that occur throughout the ADDIE process. The sessions will be interactive with live discussion and debriefs. It covers: Project Definition, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Design.

You'll be sure to walk away with lots of practical examples and take-aways that you can start applying the very next day to put performance first!
