Debb currently serves as the president of the A2ASTD chapter. As a learning and performance professional, Debb has over 20 years’ experience in diverse industries including designing and delivering training, managing the learning function, coaching, human performance improvement and more. She is a CPLP and volunteers at the national level with chapter leader and CPLP functions. Her volunteer experience with ASTD national includes being on task forces assisting in the development of the new ASTD Competency Model.
