Format:  Team-Building Exercises

Learning Objective: By the end of this session, you will be able to:

About our Presenter:

Lance Satterthwaite has been involved in providing personal growth and group development experiences for over 20 years. Lance had developed particular expertise in teaching others concepts related to leadership, team development and effective communication in a variety of business settings.  Lance began his career working with troubled youth and families. Lance's bridge to the business world has centered on effective leadership principles that are highly applicable to both business and personal life scenarios. He finds great value in helping others become high performers - both individuals and teams.

Lance received both his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Social Work with an administrative minor from the University of Michigan. Lance currently is employed as an associate of Humanergy, Inc., of Marshall, MI, a leadership and team development organization.
